Leadership Blog

Dear Parents,

On behalf of all of the faculty and staff, thank you for attending Back to School Night and for your active partnership in your child’s education.

Judging from the overwhelmingly positive feedback from the evening, we hope you are as exhilarated by Back to School night and these first two weeks of school as we are! We are off to a tremendous start and know there is so much more goodness to come!

Enjoy a restful weekend and I look forward to connecting even more at Shabbat Under the Stars next Friday.

Shabbat Shalom,

News and Updates

The hurricane devastation in Houston calls upon us to act now. We encourage you to purchase a gift card to Target and clearly label the amount on the envelope as a way of giving helping those affected by this disaster. We will be collecting these at Back to School Night, and will send them to the Jewish Federation of Houston’s Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund along with all tzedakah collected over the next few weeks. You may also donate directly to them through this link JFGH Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund. As we recognize how grateful we are for our health and safety, we come together to help others who are not as fortunate right now. “If not now, when?”
Todah Rabah,
Important Parking Lot Protocol

During morning drop off please pull all the way to the front of the line – do not stop in the middle of the line. Have your children exit quickly from your car on the school side ONLY. Rivka Kaspi is there in the mornings to facilitate a swift drop off and maintain everyone’s safety. Try to have your car unloaded in a timely fashion so we do not create a large back up of cars.  Also, whenever you exit the parking please turn RIGHT ONLY.

****Children may not be dropped off before 7:30 a.m. as there is NO SUPERVISION UNTIL 7:30 a.m.****

Thank you in advance for following our parking lot protocol.
